the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the pool area was nice. the location allowed us to easily access the main supermarket, restaurants, and other activities such as white water rafting and the monkey forest. the staff was fantastic and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, providing a comfortable stay.
There were some noise disturbances due to nearby construction, which is common in Bali.

Friendly villa staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Great location near amenities. Helpful and attentive staff. Thorough room cleaning. Small and intimate atmosphere. Shared pool with few villas. Central to all amenities.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the spacious Magnolia room in Villa 1. The location was perfect, close to the monkey forest, activities like white water rafting, and restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and the pool area was nice.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. the pool area was a great temperature and offered a peaceful escape from the busy city. Plus, the location was central, with plenty of fun activities and great food only a short walk away.
The room was not up to the standard we were expecting. There were several insects and a musty smell, making it difficult to feel comfortable.
